Sticky foods like dried fruits and sugary snacks can stick to your teeth and are difficult to remove with just brushing. They can increase the risk of cavities.
LIMIT CAFFEINE INTAKE TO PREVENT DRY MOUTH.
Caffeine from coffee or tea can lead to dry mouth, which can make your breath smell and increase plaque buildup. If you drink coffee or tea during non-fasting hours, be sure to hydrate well afterward.
